Gina is a marketing strategist and systems Builder.
She works with software startups, creators, and service businesses that need someone who can think strategically and execute across email, content, product positioning, and operations. The rare combination of left-brain infrastructure and right-brain instinct means she can sit in a product strategy session and a creative brief on the same day, and make both better.
Background: former product manager, supply chain degree from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, deep experience in B2B SaaS and consumer wellness. She’s worked across lifecycle marketing, GTM strategy, revenue operations, and audience development, and she builds the systems that make all of it repeatable.
She also writes, teaches, and trains. Studio Notes is her Substack on marketing systems, business strategy, and building with intention across work and life. She’s a certified Lagree instructor, which means she thinks about performance, constraint, and form in everything she does, not just in the studio.
She believes in staying weird. Building things that last. Bringing your vision forward instead of a polished version of someone else’s.
